Rifle Event Suggestions

Last year British Shooting introduced the Shotgun Grand Final and following its huge success, the sport is now looking to introduce an event in the rifle discipline. The rifle disciplines are consistently showing improvement year-on-year and as we head towards Tokyo 2020 we feel it’s important to create an event that promotes the sport of rifle shooting in the UK. As we begin the planning and consultation that goes with organisation an sporting event, we want to hear from YOU to provide feedback into what you feel would work as a rifle specific competition in the UK. The objective of a competition like this is not only to promote the sport of rifle shooting in the UK, but also preparing our athletes for ISSF and Olympic competition. If you have any thoughts and feedback on what you think a British Shooting Rifle Event could look like, please fill in our feedback form by clicking here. Factors you may want to discuss are location, venue, set up, schedule, dates, who gets to compete and any other thoughts that you think could make this event a huge success. Click here to fill in our feedback form now.
