All-Encompassing girls basketball rankings: Undefeated Glendora clear no. 1

The inaugural all-encompassing girls basketball rankings that includes teams from the Whittier Daily News, Pasadena Star-News and San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

1. Glendora (17-0) – Unbelievable start and a real threat to go undefeated in the Palomares. Question is, will all this carry Tartans to the Open Division?
2. Keppel (12-3) – Good record against a very tough schedule.
3. La Canada (12-4) – Won Arroyo and own La Canada tourney, but lost last two games to Camarillo and Downey.
4. Sonora (13-2) — Good record but losses to La Canada and Keppel keep it from top three.
5. St. Paul (14-5) – Should be another solid year for the Swordsmen.
6. Pasadena (11-6) — Should battle Crescenta Valley for Pacific League.
7. Cantwell Sacred Heart (14-3) — Always one of the best from Whittier area.
8. Los Altos (9-5) — Still the favorites in the Hacienda?
9. Flintridge Prep (10-5) — Should battle Pasadena Poly for league title.
10. Bishop Amat (11-7) — Can argue that Walnut or Whittier Christian deserve this spot too.
